I think you are totally worth it, one hundred percent, in more ways than one, and I know it, too. I know you’re worth it when you wake up, no matter how ratty your hair is or how bad your breath smells. I know you’re worth it when you get dressed for the day, no matter what fits your body and what doesn’t. I know you’re worth it the minute you start to doubt yourself when you’re fully awake, and I know that doubts are common, but I want you to know that there’s nothing to worry about, because you’re worth it, and no matter your insecurities, you’re a person, and everyone gets those moments where they’re unsure. I know you’re worth it when you’re happy, and when you’re sad, and when you’re mad, and when you say and do things that might be mistakes; and no matter how big those mistakes may be, I think you are worth a thousand words and a million pictures and happiness and smiles and all good things in life, because you’re alive and you’re living and you’re breathing and that’s worth so much. I know you’re worth it throughout the whole day, through the ups and downs, and I know you’re worth it after you’re exhausted and ready to hide under the covers for sleep. I know you’re worth it throughout the nightmares and tossing and turnings in the sheets. I know you’re worth it the minute you wake up again — because, hey, you’re here, and nobody is stopping you from being you, and from being that worthy you, so don’t you dare let them tell you that you aren’t worth anything, because that’s not the truth.
